BODY HEAT INDEX

BHI, is an indication of body temperature after comparing
it to the relative humidity.  if your body temperature
is lesser than average ( 98.3 degree celcius), your
heat index is low and vice versa.


Factors affecting BHI are


1)long distance travel, stress
2)disturbed sleeping habbits
3)alcohol, smoking
4)vaccination, steroids


Food that needed to control BHI


Water Melon:
these are great source of potassium with high water
making easy to digest.  


Spinach:
these are good source of water and magnesium
it helps with digestion.  The lutein in it is
an antioxidant which protects the skin and eyes form
sun exposure


Cucumber:
A natural remedy for lowering body temperature
it is high on fibre easing bowel movement.


Curd:
it is ideal for stomach sickness due to its lactic acid
content.
