TIPS FOR SOUND SLEEP

Lack of sleep can pay havoc on your immune system.
Sleep well for overall wellbeing..............


Insomnia is about not getting enough proper sleep. It 
includes frequent or extended awakening in the middle
of sleep or sleep being delayed at night.  
due  to improper sleeping, you may get anxiety or
feeling agitated before sleep, feeling unrested after
sleep, sleepiness and lethargy throughout the day
difficulty in concentration, irritable and tensed 
mood.


preventive steps:
regular exercise
stay away from caffeine, nicotine
get up and go to bed at the same time everyday
if you are not asleelp within 20 minutes, get out
of bed and sit and relax in another room  or study
something till you are sleepy again.
practice breathing excercises
postpone the thinking of problems to the 
net morning.
